Web Studio connection instructions for primary domain and addon domains

You must already have a project created with Web Studio

  1. Click on Website on the menu bar
  2. Select Save Website to Internet
  3. click Upload
  4. Select New and make sure the box is checked for Upload this site as the root website
  5. Select Next
  6. Name your destination settings: Make sure the destination setting name reads My Settings
  7. Click on Other to highlight it
  8. Select Next
  9. Username and Password: Enter username and password that was given to you when your account was setup and check box to save password. If you do not have your username and password submit a new support ticket to get it.
  10. FTP address: Enter FTP.yourdomain.com
  11. Remote Site Folder settings: If this is your primary domain than enter /public_html if this site is being added to any one of your addon domains then enter /public_html/addondomainnamehere withour the .com or .net
  12. Homepage settings: If you are working on your primary domain the url is http://www.yourdomain.com if you are working on an addon domain then it is http://addondomainname.com
